"Terminal closed" appears on the display - what can I do?

Please follow the following steps to clear the terminal:

1. Press the function key (F).
2. Enter the number 3 and press the green acknowledge key.
3. Enter 3 as operating number and press the green acknowledge key.
4. Enter the password 123 and press the green acknowledge key.

Now the terminal should be cleared again. Should it still not function please contact our customer hotline under the telephone No.: +49/(0)6154/638-152!
