What should I do, if after changing the thermal paper roll nothing is printed on the cash receipt? Possibly you have unintentionally inserted the thermal paper roll the wrong way round. Please check whether the white side of the paper is ejected out of the slit. Should this not be the case, please insert the thermal paper roll with its white side underneath. |
